RETURN AND EXCHANGE
At Wilder & Soul we pride ourselves on providing customers with high quality goods at amazing prices. Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority!
ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGE ORDERS MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS UPON RECEIVING THE ORDER.
Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our returns department. Items must be returned in its original package.
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
We will not accept any items if...
- worn
- washed
- altered
- stained
- odors
- snagged
- ripped
- or any other damage caused by the receiver.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#)
You must receive the RA# from our sales representatives for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the RA#. All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit card refunds cannot be issued. Please note that all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded.

Once you notify us with your return request , we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization number on the return box before you ship it out. This way we will be able to identify the order and issue the refund without confusion.
We recommend you to send your return via insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges.
All other returns that surpasses the return period, excluding manufacturer defects, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Preorders Returns/Refunds
At Wilder and Soul, we take pride in offering custom and exclusive products through our preorder system. Because we begin production based on your commitment to purchase, cancellations and returns impact our operations significantly. Therefore, we have established the following policy:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Payments for pre-ordered items are charged immediately upon checkout, not when shipped.
Order Confirmation:
- Once your order is placed, it is considered confirmed and cannot be altered. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase. Please email sales@wilderandsoul.com or call (657) 341-9952 to confirm.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the preorder. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- If a cancellation is requested after production has begun, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
Final Payment:
- If order is noted for deposit, then the remaining balance is due before the order is shipped. Failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified time frame will result in the cancellation of your order, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Returns:
- Due to the custom nature of our preordered items, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
Shipping Delays:
- While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please note that delays can occur due to production or shipping constraints. We will keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery date.
