Shipping Update

The New Shipping Structure (Detailed Breakdown) Dec 1, 2025

1. Free Shipping on Orders $500+

Wholesale orders of $500 or more qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S.

This remains one of the lowest free-shipping thresholds in wholesale hats.

2. Free Shipping Includes 3 Cases Per Month

Your first 3 cases per month ship free.

What is a case?

A “case” = one full shipping box containing:

👉 8–12 hats, depending on shape, brim size, and style.

So 3 cases = 24–36+ hats shipped free.

3. Additional Case Freight Charge

If your monthly total exceeds 3 cases, any extra cases will be billed at the actual lowest carrier rate, using:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

We compare all three and choose whichever carrier is cheapest to your location.

This ensures fairness whether you’re in:

  • Texas

  • California

  • Maine

  • Florida

  • Montana

You only pay the REAL cost — nothing inflated, nothing padded.

When do you pay for extra cases?

Before we ship, we’ll add a line item to your order:

“Additional Case Freight Charge (Actual Carrier Rate)”

You approve → then we ship.

⭐

4. Monthly Reset

Your 3 free cases reset on the 1st of every month.

Whether you place:

  • one large order, or

  • multiple smaller orders (still $500+),

everything still counts toward your total monthly case count.

This prevents loopholes:

❌ Splitting orders to avoid charges

❌ Placing three separate orders to get 9 free cases

Everything resets monthly — simple and fair.

⭐

will continue to pay actual carrier shipping due to dimensional weight surcharges.

⭐

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How many hats fit in a case?

Most cases fit 8–12 hats, depending on brim/crown size.

Q: If I place two orders in one month, do I get 3 free cases each time?

No — the allowance is per month, not per order.

Q: What happens if I hit the case limit but still need my order?

We simply add the Additional Case Freight Charge at the actual lowest carrier rate.

Q: Can I see the shipping rate you used?

Absolutely — transparency is important to us. We can provide a carrier screenshot upon request.

Q: Why not just charge a flat fee?

Flat fees overcharge some states and undercharge others.

Using actual lowest carrier rates keeps it honest, fair, and accurate.

Q: What if I want my in-stock items shipped early?

We offer split shipments for a $25 split-ship fee upon request. Additional to Shipping charges.

Q: Are preorder items included in case counts?

Yes — preorder shipments count toward your monthly total cases.

Every Hat Helps

When you shop with us, you're not just buying a quality hat—you’re stepping into something bigger. We give 3% of every sale to Children’s Relief International (CRI), a ministry sharing the light of Christ with the poor in Word and deed.

CRI partners with local leaders to serve widows, refugees, orphans, and families in deep poverty across Malawi, South Asia, Mozambique, Jordan, and more. Your support helps bring practical care and Gospel hope to those who need it most.

This is Hill Country

CRI partners with local leaders in hard places—what they call “hill country”—to serve the poor in both Word and deed.

Our Partnership with CRI

Over the past year, we kept crossing paths with CRI—and it began to feel like more than coincidence. The way they serve the poor in both Word and deed, through long-term partnerships with local leaders, resonated deeply with us. As we prayed through where to give and how to use our business for something bigger, we felt clearly led to partner with CRI.

Every purchase supports CRI’s ministries around the world—meeting urgent needs through education, nutrition, housing, and discipleship.
