Preorder Guidelines (Out Of Stock Items)

 

Vegan Suede Preorders:

  • Minimum: 5 hats per exact Style / Color / Size
  • Example: 5x Rancher – Ivory – Medium
  • Wait Time: 3–4 weeks

 

Wool Felt Preorders

  • Minimum: 5 hats per Style / Color / Size we already produce
  • If we don’t currently make the color you want: 50 hats minimum
  • Wait Time: 4–6 weeks

Need Your Hats Fast? (Expedited Shipping)

 

We offer next-day shipping options!

 

  1. Place your order online

  3. We’ll invoice you for the difference between flat rate shipping and actual next-day cost

 

You can also call ahead to set up a rush order over the phone.

 

Custom Branded Hats

 

We love helping you create your own branded hats!

 

  • Minimum Order: 100 hats
  • Proofing Fee: $40 per logo or brand design
  • Per-Hat Cost: +$5 for branded satin liner installed

 

Example:

Base Hat: $23

Custom Liner: +$5

Total: $28 per hat

Ordering & Shipping Basics

 

  • Minimum Order: $100
  • Free Shipping: Orders $500+ (continental U.S. – lower 48 states) include up to 3 Cases per month shipped free
  • Additional Case Freight Charge: Any Cases beyond the first 3 ship at the actual lowest carrier rate (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Starting as low as $14.50 below $500
  • Fair & Transparent: We use real, discounted carrier rates to keep your shipping costs as low as possible
  • Case Size: Each Case Typically holds 8-12 hats depending on style and brim/crown size
